An opportunity for the North Tyneside Bangladeshi community to learn about eating healthier, feeling better, being more active and having more energy.*

Each week will include a healthy lifestyle session and a 45 minute exercise class designed to suit each individuals fitness levels and abilities. The programme has been designed for you to learn alongside others in a similar position as you from the same culture.

The free sessions will take place every Tuesday for 12 weeks from 7 June 2022:
– Women only programme: 10am-11.30am
– Men only programme: 11.45am-1.15pm
