A session for expectant and new mams wanting to take up exercise and learn about a healthier lifestyle for both mam and baby.

Monday, 1.30pm-2.30pm: Cedarwood Trust*

Low impact exercise and informal information sessions for pre and postnatal women (children aged 18 months and under).

The information sessions will cover a variety of topics such as food, alcohol, fat and food labels and the exercise part of the session is suitable for complete beginners.

Clearance to begin exercise from your 6/8 week GP check up is required. Come dressed to exercise in activewear and appropriate footwear (pre-loved clothing from the Kit Bank is available for those who need it).
