*TEEN GYM is a FREE 3-month gym and exercise programme for young people age 14 – 17.

Our friendly expert instructors will get to know you and put together a gym programme that’s meets your individual needs.

With TEEN GYM you get:

• 6 one-to-one gym sessions with a coach
• 6 one-to-one nutrition advice sessions
• Goody bag with a t-shirt and water bottle
• Unlimited use of North Tyneside Council gyms and pools for 3-months

Clare will show you how to use the gym equipment and work with you on your exercise programme.

*Places are limited and subject to meeting eligibility criteria. Teen Gym is a preventative programme and participants must be above the 85th BMI centile.
