Banana bread baked oats

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 cup of oats

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings:

  • Sliced banana

  • Sweetener

  • Chocolate

  • Cinnamon

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Add ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

  3. Pour into an oven safe dish.

  4. Top with banana, sweetener, cinnamon and chocolate.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the centre of the oven.

  6. Enjoy!
