Banana bread baked oats
Ingredients (serves 2):
1 ripe banana
2 cup of oats
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings:
Sliced banana
Sweetener
Chocolate
Cinnamon
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Add ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour into an oven safe dish.
Top with banana, sweetener, cinnamon and chocolate.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in the centre of the oven.
