Beginners Running does what it says on the tin!

It’s a session for absolute beginners who are interested in taking up running as a way to keep fit, improve their mental health, lose weight, train for an event, all of the above, or for a totally different reason!

The programme has been designed for people with no previous running experience so when you arrive week one, everyone else is in the same boat as you! What’s the aim? To get you running 5km by the end of the programme!

It’s a chance for you to achieve a milestone you can be proud of! The group progress at a level which is manageable for everyone. A friendly and qualified coach will encourage you from your first step right through to the end.
