Active Bump, Birth, Baby is a schedule of programmes designed specifically for pregnant women and new mams in North Tyneside.

Made up of a variety of antenatal and postnatal sessions, led by specialist instructors, all of the programmes are fun, friendly and most importantly sociable!

Each of them have been created to support and encourage mams and mams-to-be to be active, no matter what stage of their journey they are on.

There’s also plenty of advice and tips on healthy eating - sometimes we even throw in a free snack for you and your little one.

A low impact, low intensity session designed for pregnant women to be active.

Active Mams

Ideal for new mams, parents and carers to exercise with their baby. The classes involve a gradual warm up followed by a workout designed to get you moving, and includes specific exercises to tone particular muscle groups relevant to new parents.
