Banana bread baked oats
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 1 ripe banana 
- 2 cup of oats 
- 1 tsp baking powder 
- 2 tbsp maple syrup 
Toppings:
- Sliced banana 
- Sweetener 
- Chocolate 
- Cinnamon 
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C. 
- Add ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. 
- Pour into an oven safe dish. 
- Top with banana, sweetener, cinnamon and chocolate. 
- Bake for 20-25 minutes in the centre of the oven. 
- Enjoy!
