Banana flapjacks
Ingredients (makes 10):
- 75g low fat margarine 
- 1 tablespoon of honey 
- 25g soft brown sugar 
- 1 large banana (mashed) 
- 200g porridge oats 
- 100g sultanas 
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180° / Gas Mark 4 
- Place the margarine, honey and sugar in a pan and heat gently until sugar has dissolved 
- Remove from the heat and stir in the banana, oats, and sultanas - mix thoroughly 
- Press into a lightly greased small baking tin 
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown 
- Leave to cool completely before removing from the tin
