Fish nuggets

Ingredients
- 400g small fillets of any white fish (diced) 
- 25g plain flour 
- 3 teaspoons of ground paprika 
- 1 medium egg 
- 100g crushed cornflakes 
- Oil 
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6 
- Place the flour and paprika in a bowl, add the fish and toss until well covered 
- Place the egg in a bowl and beat well and place the cornflakes in third bowl 
- Lightly oil a baking tray before carefully dipping each piece of fish into the egg and then coat in cornflakes and placing them on the baking tray 
- Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp
