Cinnamon swirl
Ingredients: (serves 2)
- 125g yogurt 
- 100g self raising flour 
- 1 tbsp margarine, melted 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 1 tsp sweetener 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 10g vanilla protein powder 
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
- Mix 100g of yogurt and 100g of flour in a big bowl until it forms a dough. 
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface until it’s about 1cm thick. 
- Cut the dough into 3cm strips and roll them into swirls. 
- Place the swirls on a lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes. 
- For the cinnamon mix, combine melted margarine, cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a bowl. 
- Once the swirls are done, let them cool for a few minutes, then top with yogurt and drizzle the cinnamon mix over them.
