Eggy bread
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 medium egg 
- 1 tablespoon of full-fat milk 
- 2 small slices of bread 
- 1 teaspoon of oil 
Method:
- Put the egg and milk in a mixing bowl and whisk together using either a fork or a whisk 
- Put the oil in the frying pan and place on a medium heat - dip the bread slices into the egg mixture then into the hot frying pan 
- Cook for two minutes on each side until golden and the egg is cooked through - repeat with the remaining bread and serve immediately
