Healthy4Life: Meet Sinead

Healthy4Life is a 10 week after school healthy lifestyle programme for families in North Tyneside.

Promoting healthy eating through sharing family-friendly recipes ideas and letting little ones try new snacks, to learning about food labels and how sugar and salt can often be hiding in our food.

The programme also introduces parents and children to physical activity – which doesn’t have to be a chore – it’s all about trying different things to find something that suits you – whether you’re an adult or a child.

If you sign up to the Health4Life programme you’ll learn from a great team of professionals, one of which we would like to introduce; one of the Health and Wellbeing Trainers, Sinead.
