Protein pancakes
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 banana 
- 1 cup of oats 
- 1 whole egg 
- Tbsp honey 
- 20g Scoop of protein powder 
- Splash of milk, to loosen 
Toppings:
- Greek yogurt 
- Berries 
- Honey 
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth batter has formed. 
- Pour your batter into a lightly oiled frying pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until the pancake has turned a golden-brown colour. Repeat this process with the remainder of your batter. 
- Stack up your pancakes and spoon on the yogurt, scatter the berries and drizzle the honey. Then dig in!
