Super green spaghetti
Ingredients:
- 200g Spaghetti 
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped 
- 100g cavolo nero 
- 2 tbsp parmesan 
- 60ml single cream 
Method:
- Boil water in a saucepan and cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes, or until al dente. 
- Add the cavolo nero to the pasta pan and cook until wilted. 
- Remove the cavolo nero and place into a blender, then blend it with 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tbsp parmesan, and 30ml cream until smooth. 
- Drain the spaghetti, saving a cup of pasta water. 
- Stir the sauce into the spaghetti, adding pasta water to thin it out if needed. 
- Serve and enjoy!
