Sweet chilli tuna bagel
Ingredients (serves 1):
- Tin of Tuna 
- 1 Spring onion 
- 2 tbsp Low fat Greek yogurt 
- 1 tbsp Sweet chilli 
- ½ tsp Black pepper 
- ½ tsp Garlic granules 
- Bagel 
- 15g Low fat cheese, grated 
- Handful of salad leaves, to serve 
Method:
- Add tuna (drained), sweetcorn, spring onion, Greek yogurt, sweet chilli, black pepper and garlic granules to a bowl and mix well. That is your filling sorted. 
- Cut the bagel in half and spoon the mixture onto each side. 
- Top with some grated cheese and place in the airfyer (or under a grill) for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. 
- Once cooked, plate the bagel up with a good handful of rocket and dig in.
